San Diego LAI Internship Program Produces Landmark Report on the Use of City-Owned Land to Produce Moderate-Priced Housing

University of San Diego student Jack Ryan (pictured left) received a grant from the San Diego chapter to produce this landmark report on the benefits of leasing city-owned land to create moderate priced sale and rental housing. The LAI Internship Committee was headed by Alan Nevin. Members Ian Gill, Nathan Moeder, Jesse Kleist and Lin Martin were key advisors to the intern.
