Members Only Map Room Happy Hour
June 18, 2025
On June 17, 2025, Bob Knakal, LAI member and Chairman and CEO of BKREA, along with his team, graciously hosted a happy hour for LAI members and guests at his famous Map Room, which contains maps of Manhattan’s key development parcels and recent transactions. LAI members were treated to an overview of the maps and learned how they help BKREA succeed in its commercial brokerage business. Attendees thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to meet and network with Bob, the BKREA team, and their clients. It was a great way to cap off the first half of the year before our summer hiatus.
