LAI London is pleased to welcome Ann Gray, 2023 President Elect of RCIS, as a new Chapter member.

As President Elect of RICS, Ann will lead a world-wide organization of 134,000 members. She is CEO and Founder of GRAY Real Estate Advisors based in Pasadena, California, founded in 1995. Her interdisciplinary educational background and extensive practice will contribute a great deal to the London Chapter over the coming years.
Ann Gray, FRICS, RIBA, FAIA, LEED AP, is both a licensed architect and real estate broker. As principal at GRAY Real Estate Advisors she consults to property owners, brokers, and land use attorneys on entitlements, development, and positioning to optimize value of complex properties.
Previously, Ann was studio architect at Paramount Pictures where she oversaw the development of corporate and production facilities through corporate consolidation and mergers, a robust post-production expansion and digital conversions. Her work at Paramount was recognized by TIME, Interiors and Progressive Architecture.
Ann is a frequent lecturer and juror at universities such as USC, UCLA, and Harvard Graduate School of Design, and served on the Board of Advisors to the Woodbury University School of Architecture. Ann has degrees in Applied Mathematics and Architecture from UCLA.
She is a former Trustee of the California Preservation Foundation, former President of the USC Freeman House, and was founding publisher of the award-winning industry journal FORM: pioneering design.
