Gordon Brown for “Booms, Busts, Forecasts and Foresight” in recognition of the immediate value and contribution of the manuscript presented at the 33rd Annual Meeting of the American Real Estate Society, April 5-7, 2017, in San Diego, California, toward advancing the CCIM Institute member knowledge of commercial real estate and its related professions.
