Congratulations LAI Baltimore Member Bob Gehrman, AIA, NCARB Named Managing Principal of BCT Design Group

BCT Design Group is thrilled to announce that Bob Gehrman, AIA, NCARB, has been named Managing Principal of the firm. Throughout his 27 years at BCT, Bob has led the design of many of the region’s most prestigious projects such as National Harbor, Downtown Silver Spring, and Fairfax Corner. In his new role he will continue to work closely with clients while positioning the firm for future growth and success.
“Bob’s contribution to the firm’s expansion over the years has been phenomenal as we have expanded from 10 people to more than 80 with headquarters in Baltimore and offices in Tampa Bay, Chicago, and Detroit. Today we are a diverse firm with five studios including Commercial, Housing, Graphics, Planning, and Interiors. This evolution would not have been possible without Bob’s guidance as he has successfully navigated the many complex business issues that come with growth. I am confident that with Bob at the helm we are well positioned for the future,” stated Bryce Turner, FAIA, President.
