There has also been one other recent change with the retirement of Joe Cronyn in October. I am pleased to be assuming his duties in market analysis and special studies, and also adding more planning and zoning services, including site feasibility, expert testimony and entitlement support. I would be happy to assist you with site selection and feasibility (market or site). We are also on the tax credit market analyst lists for MD, DE, DC and PA.
