Donald Manekin of Seawall Development from Baltimore MD came to Phoenix to talk about socially responsible real estate development. The www.lai-PHX.org Pathfinders hosted an evening event where Donald addressed the question Can Real Estate Save the World? We had a great day of property tours and meetings with Phoenix city officials neighborhood leaders and a broad spectrum of real estate professionals! Thanks to Donald for spending his time and resources to make the trip! And to all in Phoenix who made it a successful and inspirational day!
