“An 11-member commission was appointed to oversee the effort by Mayor Catherine Pugh, who established a $20 million affordable housing trust fund Wednesday by signing a law passed recently by the City Council…

The commission includes private developer Ernst Valery, Enterprise Community Partners executive David Bowers and Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors CEO Alan R. Ingraham. It also includes people who were once homeless in the city, low-income housing residents and social workers.”
