KeyNotes Post Suggestions:
Content for KeyNotes posts consist of land-economics topics and directly relate to a LAI member, chapter, or a global LAI event.
Chapter meeting synopses are perfect for KeyNotes posts as well as articles written by a LAI member or honoring a member.
Personal or business travel that ties in land economics within images and copy are interesting KeyNotes posts.
Peruse past KeyNotes posts for inspiration on crafting a unique post.
Articles of any length are accepted, though long articles may be best broken into a series. Multi-media material such as ppt, charts, video, links to other material, etc. are often integral to substantiating post content.

Annual Lowell Richard Memorial Harbor Cruise
August 31, 2016

The Boston chapter of LAI held our annual Lowell Richards III Memorial Harbor Cruise on Thursday, June 23rd to commemorate our former member and Chief Development Officer of Massport.
We were lucky enough to be informed by Jim Doolin of Massport, the current CDO, and Rich McGuinness, Waterfront Development Director for the BRA. Given the amount of development currently under way and planned around the harbor (a significant subset of the 14 million square feet (!!) under construction in the city) they had plenty to speak about.
Our thanks to Jim & Rich for an informative and interesting afternoon,
Tom Goodwin
President, Boston Chapter, LAI
