LAI Baltimore is delighted to welcome our new member, Pamela Holton, Managing Director, Public Finance at Stifel. Pamela has over 20 years of municipal finance experience and has served as investment banker on more than 100 land secured bond issues with a total par amount in excess of $2 billion. Prior to joining Stifel, Pamela was a Director with TD Securities where she was responsible for business development in Florida and the mid-Atlantic. Pamela was with Prager, Sealy for 12 years as Managing Director / Partner where she focused on development district financings.
