The International Finance Committee shall consist of the International Treasurer, the International Assistant Treasurer and such additional members, as the President shall deem appropriate. The Treasurer shall serve as Chair of the Finance Committee and the Assistant Treasurer shall serve as Vice Chair. The Finance Committee shall periodically review the financial status of the corporation and make such recommendations to the International Board of Governors, as the Finance Committee deems appropriate.
