Understand the LAI Membership

Acquire, aggregate, analyze and disseminate International membership data and trends.

Support Chapters’ Membership Initiatives

Support Local Chapter initiatives by providing useful resources to successfully recruit, on-board, retain and reengage members, and set targets for membership growth and diversity.

Support Growth of Members at-Large

Develop a plan to grow and develop the at-large membership segment of LAI.

Examine Membership Classification & Structure

Provide advice on engagement of students and young professionals.

Provide Advice to the Board of Governors

Examine bylaws and practices, make recommendations that strengthen membership activities.
