The Golden Gate chapter is starting a new type of event: “salons” designed for smaller groups to foster discussion on a current topic of interest.

 

Our first is Tax Credits 101 (Non-housing). Suzanne Brown, Principal at Equity Community Builders (ECB), will lead the discussion on New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) and Historic Tax Credits (HTC). What are tax credits, what projects do they work best for, how are they applied for, and how are they awarded? 

 

ECB is a real estate developer and project management firm specializing in development and adaptive reuse utilizing unique tax credit solutions.

 

To encourage discussion, attendance is limited to 12.
