Please join us for our next LAI* London Chapter ‘Culture Line Cruise’ with guest speaker, architect and historian Benedict O’Looney from Open City who will discuss the changing history, heritage, and architecture of the Thames. Benny will be joined by some of the architects, planners, developers, and economists who have been part of the cultural reinvention and development of our great river.

Enjoy a free lunch time drink as we depart from the Blackfriars Pier on the North bank of the City of London, currently undergoing major change as a new Destination City and head west to the great success story Battersea Power Station at Nine Elms (now home to 1400 Apple employees) the US Embassy and other ambitious redevelopment of London’s largest regeneration projects along London’s Culture Line aka the Thames.
