Join LAI Golden Gate Chapter for a tour of the Mission Rock development, 1023 3rd Street, at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, March 12th. Meet us afterward for happy hour at 5:00 pm at Mission Bay Wine & Cheese (114 Channel Street).
Mission Rock is the transformation of nearly 28 acres of parking lots into a new mixed-use waterfront neighborhood. The project is a public-private partnership with the San Francisco Giants, Tishman Speyer and the Port of San Francisco. Phase One consists of four buildings – two residential (537 units, including below market rate units for middle-income households), two commercial (approximately 550,000 square feet), a five-acre waterfront park and 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. In 2024, the project will deliver the final building in Phase One and welcome retailers, Visa and Capgemini as the first commercial users and additional residents.
Space is limited, so please sign up ASAP.
