On September 25, 2023, the province introduced Bill 131, the Transportation for the Future Act, 2023. The Act introduces a new funding tool for municipalities to facilitate the construction of new GO transit stations by imposing a charge on new development. Hear from municipal and development experts on how this new tool may be utilized and anticipated impacts.
