In this presentation, Lambda Alpha member Peter Becronis of Inception Property Group, a veteran healthcare facility builder, manager and advisory, discusses what this means for us, both as real estate professionals and as users of our healthcare system.
Peter Becronis, is the Co-founder of Inception Property Group. He oversees the Southern California office and is involved in all stages of its award-winning real estate activities. Peter also serves as the Managing Director for ShareMD Asset Management, responsible for the day-to-day management of over 850,000 square feet of medical office space across the country. Peter previously co-ran Kaiser Permanente's Southern California Region real estate portfolio for over eight years. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Peter was a senior leader in two private real estate syndicates, overseeing their portfolio's management, leasing, and development. Peter is also a former elected official for the city of Los Angeles's Community Redevelopment Agency.
