Join us for an in-depth presentation and discussion with Andy Yan, Justin Barer and Lewis Silberberg as they examine the characteristics, challenges, and prospects of developing 15-minute neighbourhoods through the lens of zoning and land use, “essential service” retail and commercial services and population density in the City of Vancouver and throughout the Metro Region.
