Northcrest Developments is leading the transformation of YZD, a landmark 370-acre development of the former Downsview Airport in Toronto. Over the coming decades, Northcrest will transform this former airfield into a series of vibrant neighbourhoods centrally connected by a 2km pedestrian street – the reimagined former runway. This once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a city within a city is set to redefine urban living.

The cost of $135.00 per person (plus fees) includes transportation by chartered bus, presentation and site tour, plus a three-course meal at Speducci restaurant (with wine and beer included).

3:00-3:30 p.m.
For those who prefer to drive, arrive at the YZD Experience Centre, located at 34 Hanover Road, North York. Parking is available on site.
For those taking the TTC, a chartered bus will pick up attendees at the at the “Kiss and Ride” at the Wilson TTC Station, departing for the YZD Experience Centre at 3:15 p.m.
Meet in the reception area on the main floor of the YZD Experience Centre.
3:30-4:00 p.m.
Tour of the Framework and Hangar District models on the 2nd floor of the YZD Experience Centre, led by Derek Goring, CEO, Northcrest Developments.
4:00-4:30 p.m.
Presentation by Derek Goring and the Northcrest team in the Community Hall, on the 2nd floor of the YZD Experience Centre.
4:45-5:30 p.m.
Bus tour of the YZD site, including a photo op on the runway.
5:30 p.m.
Bus returns to the YZD Experience Centre to drop off those with personal vehicles.
5:45 p.m.
Bus departs for Speducci restaurant, located at 46 Milford Avenue.
6:00 p.m.
Dinner at Speducci.
8:45 p.m.
Bus departs from Speducci to drop off attendees at Lawrence West TTC station.
