DOWNTOWN PARK IN THE AIR"
DATE: Tuesday, October 25, 2016
LOCATION: University Club of Toronto, 380 University Avenue
NETWORKING RECEPTION: 6:00 p.m.

The Executive Committee of Toronto City Council recently approved the initial steps — $2.4 million in capital funds, initiating Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments and preparing an Implementation Strategy — to realize a 21-acre major park over the rail corridor between Bathurst Street and Blue Jays Way.
Please join us to find out about this bold initiative and the complexities involved.
Speakers will include:
John Livey (Deputy City Manager, City of Toronto) who will discuss the proposal as it now stands and future steps; and
Aaron Platt (Partner, Davies Howe Partners LLP, solicitors for the Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. office/rail deck park project between Yonge and Bay) who will discuss lesson learned and the complexities involved.
Please book early as space is limited!
