Are Qualified Opportunity Zones Worth the Headache?

Join us at this networking and expert speaker event. The event will begin with networking with other professionals. Appetizers, wine and beverages will be served. Our guest speaker, Andrew Gradman, an attorney and tax specialist, will discuss the new Opportunity Zone tax rules, including changes under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBA). He’ll delve into the “loopholes” that can make the program more attractive, as well as the flaws that make it unattractive. He’ll also discuss whether the program is serving the communities it was designed to serve.
