Brewerytown was once the capital of the brewery industry in Philadelphia, and has undergone a remarkable transformation with an explosion of residential development and a growing commercial corridor. Our starting point will be the offices of Equinox Management and Construction (1521 N 31st Street, Suite 100). See exciting developments including Otto on this tour led by Jonathan Weiss, President of Equinox Management and Construction and David Waxman, Founder/Managing Partner of MM Partners LLC. David will talk about his new project called the Poth, an adaptive reuse project, and then we will end the tour with the final phase of Westrum Development's master plan, the Hub at 31 Brewerytown. No tour would be complete without a happy hour – we will stop by the newly reopened bar and restaurant, Hops, located at 1363 N 31st Street (cash bar and some nibbles)
