Tom Coale, a prominent zoning attorney and lobbyist for housing creation in Maryland, has authored a white paper titled “How to Streamline Housing Permitting in Maryland”.
Casey Anderson from Rodgers Consulting, a leading civil engineering and land planning firm, has more than a decade of service on the Montgomery County Planning Board and Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
Together, Tom and Casey will review and expound upon ideas detailed within the paper and broader trends in land development, for reducing the regulatory impediments to the creation of new housing within our State.
