As Philadelphia grapples with the fallout of Covid, all eyes are on City leadership as investors, property owners, and residents wait for news on the City's planned tax restructuring. The recently announced $450,000,000 budgetary shortfall also has many wondering what is next more broadly for the City.
Please join us on May 18 at 1 P.M. on Zoom as we welcome Marisa Waxman- Budget Director of the City of Philadelphia Department of Finance, James Aros- Chief Assessment Officer of the Office of Property Assessment, and Carlo Batts- President of Rittenhouse Appraisals and moderated by Stewart Weintraub of Chamberlain Hrdlicka for a candid discussion on where this all leads followed by an audience led Q and A discussion with the panelists.
