Happy Holidays from the Lambda Alpha International Orange County Chapter! We are inviting our members and their guests to join us for the first luncheon of 2026!

To kick off the new year, LAI OC will be hosting a luncheon event featuring speaker Bryan Doyle, Managing Director of Capital Markets and Head of CBRE’s Private Client Group. Bryan leads the nationwide recruitment, training, and management of Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking professionals and serves as Executive Sponsor for CBRE’s major technology, data, and AI initiatives—including Capital AI, the firm’s proprietary insight platform. AI is currently the hot topic for the future of technology, and Bryan will be talking and elaborating on how AI will affect the future of Commercial Real Estate (CRE).

Come join us as we discuss the impact of AI on the real estate industry:

• The “Now”: Individual Productivity. How professionals are utilizing off-the-shelf tools (like ChatGPT and Copilot) to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden today.
• The Preparation: “Getting the House in Order.” How firms are cleaning data, building governance frameworks, and designing the technical infrastructure required for enterprise-grade AI.
• The Future: Strategic Adoption. Insights into the long-term planning of large CRE firms, focusing on how AI will reshape service delivery and competitive advantage in the industry.

BRYAN DOYLE
CBRE, Managing Director, Capital Markets

Bryan Doyle is a Managing Director of Capital Markets and Head of CBRE’s Private Client Program. In his role Bryan oversees the recruitment, training, and management of Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking professionals across the U.S. He also acts as Executive Sponsor and business lead for Capital Markets technology and data initiatives.

Bryan has held prior roles in sales and technology leadership including, founding CBRE’s Lead Center, a nationwide team of integrated sales and marketing professionals responsible for generating new business by leveraging technology-driven sales processes and digital marketing. Bryan founded the Lead Center team in 2018 and has grown it into a national presence and significant business driver for CBRE.
