Clean Energy San Diego is a coalition of business leaders, environmentalists, and other San Diego citizens working with Ygrene Energy Fund to create a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) District in San Diego.  The San Diego City Council will be deciding on setting up a Clean Energy San Diego by Ygrene district by Spring 2013.  It's made it through the NR&C Committee at the City with directions to the city attorney to expedite the process.  Crystal Crawford will discuss why this is good for San Diego, how this program will work, and how our commercial and residential properties can benefit from such a program.
