Your Transit Pass for the Land Economics Gathering
Downtown Phoenix Inc., Lambda Alpha International and Valley Metro are making it easy for you to use light rail October 15-19 by providing a pass in the Valley Metro app.
Here’s how it works:
- Download the Valley Metro app and create an account. The app and account are required to access the complimentary pass.
- After your account is created, click this link to load your pass.
- Complete the purchase of your complimentary Land Economics Gathering pass.
- To use the pass, scan the app QR code at the purple fare readers before each ride.
This pass is valid October 15-19, 2024, for one person per pass.

Breakfast and Presentation at FoundRE Hotel - 18 Hour City in fewer than 18 Years! https://dtphx.org/ The day will focus on housing developments that have affordable rents – meaning housing that is affordable to persons earning 60 percent of area median income and pay no more than 30 percent of their income for rent. At least one of the developments will incorporate a variety of rents including market rate units. In order to provide a tour that will be of interest to all of our attendees, there will be discussions with the developers of the apartments, including financing, unit mix, challenges to the site as well as services provided at the sites for residents. - Sheila D.
