Event details:
L Street Station was a waterfront located, coal-fired power plant that provided power to the City of Boston from 1898 until it was decommissioned in 2006. Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) acquired the site in 2016 and began working with the community, officials, and key stakeholders in imagining the property's redevelopment. The project's master plan for 1.68 million square feet was approved in early 2021 and includes residential, life science and office space, hotel, retail and cultural spaces in addition to 5.7 acres of public open space with a waterfront park.
George Needs, Senior Vice President, Mixed-Use Development for Hilco Redevelopment Partners will provide an overview of the project.
Registrants will receive the Zoom link in their confirmation email.
