Our December program features Mac Bell, Managing Director of Fengate Infrastructure Investments – one of the premier developers in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) realm. Mr. Bell will describe the role of PPP developers and cite the LAX ConRAC project as an example. This program will be followed in January with a presentation of the ConRAC project and panel discussion involving the key ConRAC design and construction team members.
