University of California San Diego has recently gained approval for its new major degree in Real Estate and Development. This is the first degree of its kind in the UC system. The courses will start in Fall 2018.
To date, UCSD has recruited two distinguished practitioners to teach in the program. One of the two is Nathan Moeder, a member of the San Diego LAI chapter. He will be teaching “Introduction to the Real Estate and Development Process” and “Real Estate Development Finance and Investment.”
