Nathan Moeder is Principal of London Moeder Advisors. He is a market analysis, financial feasibility and valuation expert. His client include real estate developers, investors, corporations, financial institutions, businesses and public agencies. Mr. Moeder has taught real estate development and investment courses since the early 2000’s. His current post is as a lecturer at UC San Diego for courses in the Real Estate and Development major. He is a member of the LAI San Diego Chapter.
