Touted as the “Mega-Region,” Arizona and Sonora, utilizing their collective resources, highly trained work forces, and strategic ports of entry, have a shared vision aimed at attracting high technology global manufacturers in a wide array of industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical, defense, and mining. INDEX plays a critical role in supporting Mexico’s maquiladora and export manufacturing industry.
