We sorrowfully report the death of our co-founder, colleague and visionary leader Nina Jaffe Gruen. With her husband Dr. Claude Gruen, she built the foundation of the analytical tools and the ethics of objective research that Gruen Gruen + Associates continues to observe and build upon. A diverse group of organizations and individuals benefited from her dynamic energy, intellectual brilliance and honest candor. She put more cracks in the glass ceiling than Babe Ruth hit home runs, mentored an army of grateful young women, and uplifted us all with her joyful spirit and humor. The world will be a much more boring place without her, and fewer people who should be will not be put in their place. A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on October 15, 2017 at Temple Emanu-El in San Francisco.
