Elizabeth Hart
Elizabeth Hart is the Vice Chairman of Newmark’s San Francisco office and specializes in office tenant representation, tenant/landlord real estate resolution, and development/redevelopment. With 16 years of experience, Ms. Hart was named one of the Top 20 US Office Leasing Brokers by Real Estate Forum and Most Influential Women in Business by SF Business Times in June 2019. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
John McManus
John McManus is the Executive Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Oakland Office. With more than 20 years of experience, he is a nationally recognized industrial broker, including winner of NAIOP Best of the Bay Lease Award and SF Business Times Best Regional Industrial Deal Award. Mr. McManus has an Master’s from the State University of New York at Binghamton, a CoreNet Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Laura Sagues Barr
Laura Sagues Barr, the Senior Vice President of CBRE’s San Francisco office, and leads a team focused on consulting, leasing of best-in-class assets and occupier expansion strategy, globally. Ms. Barr has been named one of the San Francisco Business Time’s “Most Influential Women in Business,” noted in Real Estate Forum’s “Women to Watch,” and “Stars to Watch” by Commercial Property Executive. Ms. Barr holds a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning and a master’s level certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
