Greetings All: I am very pleased to announce that Gina Fiandaca, Commissioner of the Boston Transportation Department will be speaking to us at the Annual Luncheon Meeting on Thursday, December 21. Given the current focus on Transit oriented Development and the critical role transportation plays in the economic health and well-being of any area’s economy, I am certain what she has to say will be of interest to all in attendance. And a special thanks to Rich McGuinness for the ask.

So that we have new members to induct, would you all please have your recommendations to me by November 30. I have attached the form for your use. As to the criteria for membership, new members must have distinguished themselves in their real estate related field, made an outstanding contribution to the community through public service, or academic pursuits, and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience. (And need to love networking…)
Importantly, we are encouraging you to also identify and nominate the next generation of contributors; their energy and vitality will be welcome.
