The City of Vancouver is hard at work on building a new Vancouver Plan; a Plan that will create a shared roadmap to a future city we all desire. The Plan will crystallize a clear and compelling vision to ensure future generations can thrive and be resilient, and will be a strategic and actionable plan that addresses the needs of the present and future generations. A key goal of the process is to reach everyone who lives, works or plays in Vancouver, and reflect all the voices of our diverse city.
LAI members are uniquely positioned to provide important input and guidance to City staff as they move forward in developing the Vancouver Plan. This includes not just professional insight on big ideas and key policy directions towards developing the content of the Plan, but also ideas about how to ensure robust and far-reaching engagement.
