The International Bylaws Committee shall consist of a Chair, and such additional members, as the President shall deem appropriate. This committee shall review all suggested addition to, or amendment of, these Bylaws and shall report its comments and suggestions to the International Executive Committee and the International Board of Governors. The International Bylaws Committee shall also prepare Standard Chapter Bylaws that conform to the requirements of these Bylaws and make such Standard Chapter Bylaws available to each local chapter. The Standard Chapter Bylaws (and any changes thereof recommended by the International Bylaws Committee) shall be subject to the approval of the International Board of Governors. LAMBDA ALPHA INTERNATIONAL shall review the Bylaws actually adopted by each local chapter to ascertain whether such Bylaws do, in fact, comply with the requirements of these Bylaws and the Standard Chapter Bylaws and shall report such determination and recommendation to the International Board of Governors.
