LAISA Student Association
(Student Members)
Lambda Alpha International Student Association was established by Lambda Alpha International in 1991 as an interdisciplinary student organization. Membership is available to all undergraduates and graduate students in the disciplines of land economics and related fields at accredited colleges and universities.
Purpose
The Student Association was formed to encourage strong professional interface among all of the disciplines which relate to the economics of land. A major goal is to foster scholarship and professional excellence through communication between the academic and business/professional community. It is also the purpose to recognize students for their academic achievement. Members of the association are expected to be the future leaders in their professions and businesses due, in part, to the opportunity they've had to be made aware of the interdisciplinary nature of issues related to land economics.
