Please join us for an exciting meeting on Friday, March 10 at the Oahu Country Club as we introduce a distinguished and stellar group of 8 new Aloha Chapter Members that we all want to know!
In addition to inducting our new members, we are excited to have LAI member and County of Hawai‘i Planning Director Zendo Kern share the latest and greatest in planning and land use development on Hawai‘i Island. Zendo will discuss key initiatives such as clearing backlogs of applications, updates to the general plan, zoning and subdivision codes as well as talk about his philosophy of balance and lessons learned as Planning Director.
